Hi David, You are in luck, a vegan restaurant opened three weeks ago, it's called HelVeg.

Really good food. Great atmosphere. About standard Geneve prices.
Check it out on www.HappyCow.com the best veg directory, covering the whole world.
Also at Plain Palais on Sunday, is a stall selling vegan cakes and quiche etc.
