Hi, Where can I buy good quality vine leaves for stuffing in the Geneva area? By good quality I mean it should have a fine texture, not nervy. Thx

You have a point. The vine leaf can make a big difference whether it is thin or thick. You should try either turkish grocery stores or the international food shelves at Manor downtown or Chavannes de Bogis. Some specialty food stores carry them also. As to final texture buy one can first , then try taste it so your palate be the judge! Bon appetit

Thanks for the tips, Milord. Would you know by any chance any specialty food stores that carry such vine leaves besides Manor? Actually, I came to the same conclusion that you need to try one before you buy several. In North America, you can find the ones from California in a jar which are pretty good quality. I haven't found the same here.
