Visa to Switzerland and work permission

I am struggeling with the Suisse visa and work permission rules.

I am an EEC citizen (danish) working for a danish consultant company. I have been assigned to a project for a suisse client for more than 90 days, and has been asked to applicate for a visa and work permission by the suisse client. I have tried to get advice by the danish embassy in Switzerland, but they have asked me to contact the Canton of Geneve instead - still no clear answer.

Have you faced simelar issues as EEC citizen? Do you know any agency that can help me with this ?

Best Regards,

Preben

You do not need a visa. You only need a permit and that you can only apply for that when you get here.

When you get here take your work contract, passport, lease (if you have one), proof of health insurance and a photo to the Service Étrangers.

You have to do register with them within a week or so of your arrival.
