To the best of my knowledge the few shops that used to stock such wares in Geneva have all closed.  You might have better luck in Lausanne, Bern or Zürich.  You could also check out the flea market and the  antique dealers in the Old Town, but  their prices won’t come cheap.

All the best, R.

PS:

If anyone would be interested in Wedgewood dishes, I have a couple I could bear to part with.

In that case, it might be better to buy in the UK and have the item(s) shipped.  You’d get the VAT off although you might have to pay some customs duty.

Alternatively, hop over for the day and bring the goods back personally.

I do remember that the Swiss retail mark-up on imported ceramics and porcelain was outrageous.

Just for the record, Britons are people and they have British nationality.

The country is known as Britain or Great Britain.

Best, R.
