For the master 'Environmental and Infrastructure Planning' at the University of Groningen (Netherlands) I am conducting a survey about the conditions necessary in order to become a bike city. Would you like to fill in my survey and could you also share it with other people? The survey is among others shared with and supported by the municipal councils of Groningen and Amsterdam and by the Cyclist's Union of the Netherlands.
