Everyone who wants the share their experiences, comments, etc... whatever makes you happy or has made your day... This is my experience, it's happened to me recently:
I was in the shop struggling, trying to find a product to remove stains. This old lady came up to me with a big smile on her face, asking if I needed help. Not only did she help me out to find the proper product but also gave me and extended and quite detailed explanation about how to remove them... On the train I bumped into her and we sat down toguether. We had a very pleasant conversation and that smile never abandoned her face... This old lady really made my day... and changed my opinion about swiss people :-)

Witnessing acts of kindness and people helping each other even in small matters (such as stain removal) and a spontaneous conversation with an older lady about olives in the grocery store (the sorts of spontaneous conversations I'm accustomed to with strangers in Canada and the UK but learned years ago in Belgium is not common). People including polite teenagers who give up their seats on the bus or tram to older people - the little things in life that makes us all feel relaxed with each other.

Remembering to tell my family, my friends how much they are special and how much I love them. Despite the constant everyday rush, this is what matters most.

*When my dog wags his tail :)
*When people greet you here or smile.
*When someone helps me with my bags while traveling.
*When someone says thank you
*Being able to have spontanious conversations too :)

Having very kind neighbours who always try to help me and ask how I am doing (Swiss btw),so this also changed the general opinion to me of what I hear about the Swiss. Not all people are the same anyways :)
