I am a foreign student in Geneva have SWISSCARE insurance. I was hospitalized for emergency last year at HUG. I paid the bill already and made the claim to SWISSCARE with all documents, payment proof two weeks ago.
The bill was quite high for me, 4000. So I am really waiting for their refund which sounds like a silence now.
Can someone tell me your experience about this, please? How long did you get your payment from them?

Surely the best thing would be to call them directly and find out.
Around a month. But call them!
Normally its a month. But sometimes the best thing is to send the copy to them and wait for the refund then top up the rest.
