I'm not sure whether this is a good place to start, but:..... In for a penny:
I used to trade Swiss Franc interest rate products (FX Swaps/FRA’s/IRS etc) and visited the Swiss financial centres for many years.
During this time we enjoyed good food, wine etc. More than anything else the welcome received from our Swiss friends was fantastic and good friends were made during this time. As the years went by and jobs/people changed inevitably some contacts have disappeared.
I’d really love to trace an old friend called Kurt Leman –I recall his family were from Zurich, but he was based through choice in Geneva –he worked for a number of banks and the last I can remember was Credit Lyonnais when they were near the airport. If it helps he drove a Porsche 944 turbo in the late 80’s/early 90’s. Kurt is probably as I am close to 50, maybe a tad younger. Even though I visit the same brasserie with the same family owner/waiters for over 25 years they now remember me, but sadly not my friend Kurt who introduced me to them!
If anyone knows where Kurt is or how to contact him I’d be very grateful and happy to credit their beer account in return!
Many thanks in advance.
