Hi Katia
It's been 5 years I'm in Gva and indeed I've never seen any one wash his/her bicycle 
. If I had to wash mine, I would do it at a car wash (like people with motorbikes), or if there is some space in front of my building, I would do it there.

Thank you, Sandallete, doing in on the grass in frount of the building I live in is something I would do at my home country; but I thought may be it's not legal to pour out used water on the lawn
I'll see if carwash can do it
