Wikileaks

Hello glocals,

Do you think Wikileaks is doing a good and important thing by revealing the back stage of international relationships?

I'm asking here because I believe glocals community might be a representative sample of a particular class of people, who think, live, and act across the boundaries of national states.

I'm not sure if this is in line with glocals policy to discuss such topics. If not, I apologize in advance and would ask the site admins to remove the thread.

It’s not a scientific research, just my curiosity…

Best regards,
Greg

I think it's acceptable to some extend where wrong political decisions can come to the surface and countries start to think twice before taking certain actions.  This aslong as peace is not at risk. If they make information public that could lead to a big crisis or even war, they should ask themself if they are still doing the right thing.

I haven't studied law, but in the last case(crisis/war) I think they can be held responsible for irrisponsible acts, and be sentenced, right?
