Will I get into any issues with customs shipping Vitamins?

There are some vitamins I like that I cant seem to find here, my mother is shipping them.. as they are non prescription is it allowed? I hope ;)

i know that they don't allow melatonin.

Thanks, I will ask my mom to stash it in a purse and mail it to me.. Its simple things like amino acid, st johns wort (keep the stress of the 3 year old contained). I am sure I could find them here if I knew my way around GE better

Hi Lexi
No worries about vitamins. You can import them without declaring it. I brought back loads of stuff for my familly a few weeks back from the us.
The only thing is the 300SFr. restriction for all imported goods.
