you should start by logging on as the system admin, not with your personal admin. The pc will then add all the details required. You can then add your personal email stuff to it. Also look for help on youtube theres plenty of suggestions about.

good question, they offerd to install it for a little cash extra but i thought if i did it myself i would get to know the system, bought it at xxl, they are sales people not tech guy's. but now i know i've waisted a lot of time!
