Wine Tasting Festivals this weekend?
I have some friends in town and I would love to take them wine tasting and since it's harvest time, I figure there must be some festivals. I found a few things searching online but does anyone have specific recommendations or tips when wine tasting here, I haven' t gone before. Any etiquette that would vary greatly from wine tasting in other countries?

Here's what I found going on this weekend:
11 - 13
Grandvaux
Grandvaux, village de l'étiquette

12
Féchy
Fête du raisin (021 808 53 94)

12 - 13
Ollon

Balade
dans le vignoble (024 499 32 32)

13
Chailly/Montreux
La
Route gourmande

Any personal recommendations? We're 3 girls in our late 20s and this is their first time in Switzerland. I want to go somewhere ideally where we can walk between wineries, or I've even been to some villages that have tastings all along the same street.  My French is rather limited, which is why the information on the websites above doesn't necessarily clear up all my questions.  I want to be a good host and somewhat know what I'm getting into, how to pay for tastings (if you even have to), where to get the glass, etc.
(info was pulled from here: http://www.vins-vaudois.ch/fr/calendrier.asp?mode=full)

Thanks for any help!
