Hi, 

I am moving to Geneva to work at the University early next year, and my girlfriend (a UK citizen) will be joining me in April. We are trying to decide whether it would be better to live in a French border town or in Geneva itself.

Does anybody know if it is easier to get a Swiss work permit when living in Switzerland, rather than in a French border town?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
