Interested in starting a monthly writers workshop where we would share our writing based on a prompt/theme for the month and then have it reviewed/constructively critiqued. It would be in the evening or on the weekend depending on availability. If interested, please send me a message.

sound´s like fun. would it be creative writing or essay type writing. i´ve already done a screenplay and some humourous shorts (history of the donut). weekends work best for me.

I would be interested - espesh if weekends. I've written a whole raft of poetry (mainly about love but also about pelargoniums) and some travel writing - "Aggro in Agra" following a trip to the Taj Mahal - "Vietnam is not a War, its a Country" after 3 weeks in the country and "Dream a Rainbow" after a trip to South Africa.
Would love to be inspired to write some more, so let me know if anything evolves.

Great to see all the interest! I want to start a group to meet in the weekday evening one day/month focusing on creative writing, poetry, memoir, travel writing, etc. everything except academic/essay writing. Trying to start something that's feasible for people who travel a lot on the weekends and work during the day. Mainly just reading pieces and giving feedback, perhaps with a few writing exercises thrown in. Could you all send me your emails and I can start coordinating- [email protected]
