This is not really a discussion, but rather just a note to all who are interested in doing some yoga for cheap and for a good cause.

Yogaworks, located at St. Laurent downtown Lausanne, has a new class on Fridays from 14h-15h for only 5CHF. All the funds go to a variety of different associations (mostly development in Africa). This allows for a yoga instructor to improve his/her instruction, etc. It's a great deal for all.

However, I'm not sure how advcanced the current instructor's English is. It would be advisable to know the basics in French. There are very few people in the class (4 people including myself last week), and you can drop in.
