I just wrote an article on how to handle a "bad boss" but I was told I have missed the most extreme bad bosses' behaviors. What are the extreme behaviors you have witnessed and how did you handle it (especially if you couldn't leave the job).

It was a totally different article to what I was expecting. I loved the way you turned all the negatives into positives and how you can make solutions out of problems just by thinking differently.
I really loved your "no-one needs to be a victim here" approach. So refreshing! Thanks again - I'll read more of your stuff with pleasure.
