I have just moved to an apartment in Geneva, it is close to Nations. I have not met anyone in the apartment complex yet. All in all, it has just been been 3 days and I have had a few weird experiences which are a bit of a concern for me. For example - someone removed my name from my letter box (I had taped it) and placed it on someone else's letter box. Today morning was the first time I went to check my mail and I noticed that someone else may have received a few letters in my name. The other night when I was moving in some furniture from outside, someone purposely put a chair against the elevator so as to block it. I waited for several minutes before finding the elevator delberately held on the 6th floor.

Has anyone else had similar experiences? I am a single woman, new here and dont know many people to understand if such behaviour is common in apartment complexes. Thanks for letting me know what you think...
