I will be subleasing my apartment starting March 1st  with the possibility of handing over the apartment to the sub- lessee.
 
The apartment is fully furnished. It`s 2.5 rooms. One big bedroom, 1.5 living room/dining room with two huge windows. A medium size kitchen and what I would describe as a good size bathroom with a bathtub.
 
It’s on the first floor, wooden floors and wooden ceiling. It has a nice charming character with mainly white furniture.
 


-you can use the washing machine and dryer every Wed, Fri, Sat and Sunday

The monthly rent for the apartment is CHF1450 (that’s what I pay my landlord monthly), the person to sublease needs to let me know if they want me to keep the internet connection/cable/land phone and then decide how that would add up on their monthly rent.
