Why on earth does it have to be English speaking - you can point to the problem.  Migros in Carouge and every bike shop in Geneva does repairs.  What I do not how the smaller shops react if you have not bought the bicycle from them.  also Go sport in etrembieres and probably also in Thoiry do repairs but you have to leacve it there and they tell you what day to come back.  If it has to a repairman who speaks English, dare I suggest a boyfriend?

I did not know that Migros in Carouge did repairs or how to find other bike shops. I just arrived here and my bike arrived damaged. I do not know how to service the bike by myself and my GIRLfriend does not ride bikes or know how to fix them. I will look into Migros and other bike shops.

The bike shop Migros is in one of the buidings next to the main Migros.  My daughter uses it (or did until her bike was stolen) and I think on the techncial side she used English but sahe was happy with the service
