What is the difference between a Swiss national who speaks one of 4 official Swiss languages, was born and brought up in Switzerland and born to parents of foreign origin and A swiss natioanl who speaks one of the 4 official languages, was born and brought up in Switzerland, and whose parents' nativeness to switzerland goes back only 4 generations?
