Hello everyone,
I only would like to ask advices from here: I am a holder of Carte de Sejour Temporaire/Titre De Sejour ( France), and I live here in the French border to Geneva.. As a holder of the above mentioned document, am I allowed to go to Geneva? I plan to take French class in there..
Thanks and hope to hear from you guys soon..

i don't think it depends on the permit as much as whether or not you'd normally be allowed into Switzerland without a visa. on the other hand, what with Switzerland now being part of Schengen, which ensures free movement within all the member countries, you should be able to no matter what.

if you have a temporary permit in France, you're probably not from Schengen
but the Visa you have may allow you to travel in Switzerland but only from this year
