Would be grateful if someone could recommend places for certifying official documents (passport etc). Thought i may find info with a forum search but have drawn a blank.
Any idea how much this would cost?

If you are talking about Switzerland here, then I'm not sure, but where we live over the border in France, our Mairie does this for us several times per year free.

There is a government office in Geneva that does it for free - ask at your local Mairie and they'll tell you the closest one.
