'Energy' is quite a broad term; could be part of for example Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering. Also - are you looking for a bachelor or masters degree, or are you looking for a shorter course?It's probably a lot easier to just contact EPFL yourself (see www.epfl.ch) and see what they have.
I suspect that courses start sometime early September, i.e. within the next 1-2 weeks.
