:crazy: grrrrrrrr........ i've just had the unpleasant experience of using ebookers for first time to book hotel, and even though when i booked the hotel with the impression that their cancellation policy stated as long as it's 72 hrs before the arrival date, i seem to have been charged more than a third of the booking cost. i find this very poor practice cuz the costs are not clearly indicated. normally i'm always able to cancel hotel bookings without charges as long as it's 24-48 hrs before arrival, but obviously not on ebookers. so beware when using ebookers!!!

p.s... if anyone has the contact or the powers that be to convince ebookers to refund me my 86chf back or reduce it the charges (cuz if i had seen this beforehand I would not have booked it in haste), i offer a sweet reward ;)
