To attach a photo to a forum post just click the button 'Add Photos' just beneath the box where you type your message. To add photos to an event you can go to the event (even after it's already been held) and click a button that will be named something like 'Add Photos' as well.

My arm? Very funy, I was yesterdayon grafic workshop, to learn painting on pc and the i wanted to try with my picture;-) But I'm fine, my arm too.
