Hey guys, while I like some of the tags I think they are way too 'structured' to be catchy.
What I mean is that Glocals needs something more like 'Connecting People' (a la nokia), catchy, easy to remember and markting like ...

One easy suggestion for me would be: Glocals: friendly people Wherever You are .

Or something like that, will think about some more and let you know :)

I like "People, Activities & Information in your city"



While I like the catchy phrases too, it just seems that with so many nationalities and mother tongues, catchy phrases might lose their meaning. Keeping the tag line simple and straight forward will make the goal of the site much clearer.

It important to try transfer the spirit of Glocals in a short phrase, a slogan. It is for friendly real people in the real world, it is not a dating site, it is focused on activities, communication and information. So I would like to propose

On the 'catchy line' vs 'functional / structured line' debate: our tagline's first 'job' is to explain to new comers what the site is all about. So that's the key priority: explain in 5-6 words what the site is all about, in clear words. If the line can also do it in a catchy way, great...(-:
