good yoga class?
hi I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good yoga class. Im not really into tough western yoga, I do like a good stretch thouhg. I took a class in the past which was perfect for me, it was a mixture of kundalini, tantra, hatha and ashtanga. We held the asanas for a long time, chanted while doing the sun salutations, did a fair bit of meditation and the teacher would give us 30 min of theoretical class before the lesson.
If anyone knows of any similar class please let me know!

Hi I don't think it is quite the same, but have a look at www.sivananda.org I think it is a great school. It has a great international reputation.

Best of luck

If you haven't already found a yoga class that suits you, definitely try out the Sivananda school.

There have a centre here in Geneva near Place des Augustins (1 rue des minoteries). They offer a free trial class on Monday evenings at 8pm and regular drop-in classes every day of the week plus free meditation sessions three time a week.

For more details check out the website - http://www.sivananda.org/geneva/ - (in English & French) or call 022 328 0328.

hope you find what you're looking for.
