Trying to get a ticket to Amsterdam in early December for an early morning flight but prices are horrendously expensive already as my dates coincide with a trade fair. I want to leave on Tuesday morning but EasyJet only flies out at 15.30. Any ideas or do you know great websites or travel agents who can achieve the impossible? Cheers.

How cheap do you want? CHF 123 return with KLM
KLM has a 7:10 that arrives at 9:00 on Tuesday the 9th and I put in a return on the 12th for some pricing (either early morning or later evening).
This search was done on www.ebookers.ch

Seems like you won't find cheaper than 120CHF for direct flights.
In any case, have a look, best rates are usually available on wcifly.com flight comparator, and you can also double check on skyscanner.
Also, maybe check alternative departure airports if you can.
Cheers
