Hi Jyoti, I can agree with Didier, as of yesterday still nothing to work on iOS 5.0.1. I'll keep looking. If you find something, please let me know?

Thanks

it's not so much the phone, as the operating system et al running on the phone. There hasn't been an unlock (to allow different SIMs) for well over a year now. I don't expect one ever again.

A quick google search found this, however, just to prove me wrong. It seems an iPhone from AT&T (US) can be unlocked.

Jailbreak links can be found on Geohot.

When I was jailbreaking/unlocking, my source was always iClarified. Look for the red seal with "Jailbreak" and "Unlock". Follow the prompts and it will tell you either *how* to do it, or that it can't (yet) be done.

Yes ! both iPhone 4s and iPhone 4 is unlockable one. You can unlock it by using Remote unlocking method . It doesn't requires jailbreaking. It is available at  Theunlockspot.com   .

Jailbreak which allows you to install third-party applications. If you want to jailbreak your iPhojne use the link  http://www. ziphone.org.

I just went through this with two US/AT&T iPhones, a 4 and a 4s. The online $10 unlock is the way to go. I could have saved myself half-a-day if I had just done this first. It worked in our circumstances.
