importing a car from France to Switzerland
Hello! I have recently moved from France (Ferney Voltaire) to Nyon (Vaud), and need to import my car. I am very nervous about the whole thing, as I do not read french...(yikes!) I was wondering if anyone had done this? I have heard that you need to get some work done in France and then go to another garage in Switzerland to check...is it possible to cut out the middleman and just have all the work done in a garage in Switzerland? I would really appreciate any guidance...

Many thanks

jo

Don't worry about lack of french, I would think there should be people available at these official places to help you in English.
