No, it isn't. "Jours ouvrables" are Monday to Saturday.

Otherwise they could just say "all days", right? Wink

I paid chf40.- 5 years ago, so next time I do not get confused with 'jours ouvrables' and 'jours ouvrés' :)

If I’m not mistaken,  the term “jours ouvres” applies to the days that an enterprise is normally active or open for business (i.e., Monday through Friday in Europe) while “jours ouvrables” applies to the period Monday through Saturday i.e., every day except Sunday.

Thus, in some places parking may be permissible during the normal working week (Monday through Friday) and in others every day except Sunday.

Some [food] shops and supermarkets are open here in France on Sunday mornings until 11.45 and for you guys who habitually have to pay for parking in CH, the parking here is FREE!!

Alas, we can’t all live in France or even get there on Sunday or any other mornings, but bully for you Sheila, and enjoy.
