Last year I went for 4 long weekends to Tarifa. Allways with Easyjet to Malaga, with a rental car to Tarifa, close to Gibaltar. Tarifa is for sure the best kite-surf spot in europe and with easyjet very cheap to reach, also to bring the kites and boards is very simple. This year we want to go there for some weekends again, may be there is someone who want's to join us. Tarifa is great for kite-surf beginners as well. It's possible to rent the equipment there for almost nothing - I could provide my contact. Normally there is wind every day, if not, Tarifa is close to Sevilla, Gibraltar and of course Africa.
CU soon in Tarifa this year :o)
