Hi Naurin,

It kinda depends on the type of MAC you have and the type of TV you have. If you have a flat screen TV it should have a HDMI socket.

It will be on the back panel, with all the other connectors. It looks like a thin slot about 1.5cm wide - see the pic below

If you DONT See one of these, then it may also have whats known as a VGA slot. This looks like a BLUE tapered computer port.  - see the pic below

If you have a newer MAC laptop you'll need a lead (you can get it from the Apple Store in Geneva) - http://store.apple.com/us/product/M9267G/A

Thats the one I think. Take your laptop with you and tell them what connector your TV has. I would suggest talking a picture (on your phone) of the connectors on the back of your TV and show it to them in the Apple Store.

Hope that helps a bit....

Hi Naurin (and any other Mac user)

If your problem is about anything but the Internet, then you can contact the U.S. or Canada Apple Tech Support for free via using the Gtalk on Gmail. The Apple Support in Switzerland is French or German only I believe.

So, set up a Gmail account if you don't have one and install Gtalk. Then, call the 1-800 number below and you can talk as long as you like without having to worry about your CHFs flying away :)

1-800-275-2273 for U.S.

1-800-263-3394 for Canada
