Yes, there is one in Niederdorf and another one in Sihlcity...
Don't remember the name, but will let you know when it comes to my mind!!!

Just a guess here, but have you tried MParc in Carouge. They have a hobbie section.
Alternatively, the last time I was in Annecy (about a year ago) there was a rather prominent bead/trinket shop for stringing your own jewellery.
Just a thought.

Even the little Migro brico store in Nyon has a very big section of beads and clips. Also try the one upstairs in Balexert

I found no clips, but I found silver wire wich is much better :P... it wasn't in Mparc... it was, surprisingly... at centre cygnes XD

You can also try artsupport.ch and bijoutil.ch they are jewellery suppliers, but sell jewellery findings which would suit you. Otherwise, in addition to the above, Manor have a selection downstairs, in the craft/decorating area.
