mini-skirt or maxi-gown?

Finding who you are by the dress (length) code… Assumption

Was puzzled by a much too hasty conclusion. See for yourself. It seems to be a new trend in Northern America so the question is now raised in Switzerland.

Mrs Rosa Posey - a photographer - in a pro women website stated more or less  «  The reason why I stopped wearing skirts, gowns or even dresses for years is ideally summarized in picture below. According to length of her skirt would a woman be classified in one or many of such leg scriptures ? What if outside temperature, mood or even fashion influences my choice from one day to the next ?   Can the fabric length be read as a dress code to determine morale and personnality ? «
