Hi allas you know getting rid of things in switzerland is a nightmarei am moving and would like experienced movers to share:
*how much would you expect to pay for movers to remove things from flat in zurich *and how much for the transport?( two men and a truck)
also anyone transporting piano -how much would you expect to pay?
I know i need to negotiate
but just got a new place last minute and need to be out
also a list what to do
i know
cancel cable service
contact post office
cancel electricity
what else?

Though I cannot help you with the movers & packers part, I can help update your to-do list. In case you have not already considered, then:
- Notice to Apartment agency
- Apartment cleaning
- Apartment handover to Agency (VERY important, plus you have to sign an agreement to get your deposit back)
- Pay all bills (elec, heating, electricity, phone, rent etc)
- Perhaps temp accommodation during cleaning
