I was wondering if somebody has gone through the process of qualifying a non-EU nurse degree to be qualified to work in the Switzerland nursing system?  

My brother is an experienced and well qualified nurse and I'd like to hear from those who have gone through the experience: what is the process, what are the watch-outs and what we can do more efficiently?  thanks!
