A man gets out of the pub completely drunk, and staggers into the library on his way home. "I'd like some fish and chips pleashh" he shouts to the lady at the desk. "Sir, this is a library!" she answers.
"oh i'm sorry, i'm sorry!" he says. He then leans over the counter and says in his quietest whispering voice "can i have some fish and chips pleashh".
