I think Ive tried nearly all sites, but Im not sure.
Need to find a room in Saint Julien as soon as possible. So far Ive tried: room la la, chambrealouer, boncoin.... are there any other french 'gumtree' 'craiglists' types of sites around?

You can enter your search at the Geneva Welcome Center and they will send you a lot of emails with offers :) http://www.cagi.ch/fr/logement/bourse-du-logement-du-cagi.php
airbnb also works very well for stays up to a few months.

Have you looked at the offers under “Housing available” in the glocals “Classifieds”, where you can also advertise yourself under “Housing wanted”?

Yeh Richie I've done it twice and no luck...
the area I'm looking for isn't very sought out fand people don't know it.. So I'm strugglying

When i was looking i also posted in the wanted section and had great sucess. If you specify what you need and what you want to pay you may get lucky. Also depends on your work and residency status i guess...Good luck. Scan on here i see lots of options.
