Hello Parijat Seth,
I typed wordpress into glocals to try and find some help and advise on starting a website on wordpress. I am not very pc friendly and at the moment I am going round in circles. Do you know of anyone or do you have a free couple of hours?

Simon, I'll be happy to help although my blogs on wordpress have died a slow painless death. Don't have the time really and I'm devoting my energy to shooting videos of my kids etc. You can ofcourse watch them on my above website.
My kids are in school and daycare during Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. So if you're free during those days, we could meet and have coffee and I can share my limited knowledge.

I live close to Planete Charmilles but I have guests arriving next Wednesday to Sunday. So I can't do Thursday. Perhaps the following week.

It's probably best to meet at a coffee shop like starbucks with free wifi so that we can get internet access to get on wordpress. It was a while ago that I setup my wordpress account so I don't exactly remember how I did it but I it was quite starightforward.
The following week, my mother-in-law is town so I could meet anytime then.
