Months ago, I posted asking about a bike shop in Eaux Vives. As usual, Iolly came through with a cycle shop right down the street from me. I finally dragged my ultra-heavy, over-sized Dutch bike down the street (it's been living in my cave for the past four years, so both tires are flat, among other issues) and dropped it off today. Not only was the staff really nice and helpful, but the bike will be ready Friday for a very reasonable price.
I have bought my vignette for my bike, so I'm all set for Friday. After four years, I think I am finally ready to take on the car traffic in Geneva.
As an aside, this won't matter to everyone, but the fellow who seems to manage/run the joint does speak English.
In summation, thank you Iolly for once again pointing a person in the right direction for quality service and convenience. :)
The bike shop is on 31 Decembre about two blocks down from Frontenex.
