i've been searching google but haven't found much that helps so thought i'd try here in case someone knows of something. I'm looking for a place where i can setup a group online which allows me to have forums, share files (doesn't need to be huge space, dropbox is what we do now), potentially voting/polling options and most importantly a calendar where we can put multiple entries into one shared calendar. We are 4 ppl trying to organize ourselves via email and it's proving impossible to keep track so am searching for a magic all-in-one solution if there is one. i've tried a few sites and test groups already but the biggest problem i keep having is the calendar - i'd like to have multiple concurrent calendars all accessible in one place so that for example i can put my holidays down and it's viewable by all, but other ppl can put an event there on the same day/time and still be viewable by all. most only allow one entry with no parallel entries :(
