I saw it frist moving Clockwise but then I saw it moving counterclockwise. After that I saw it clockwise again and had a hard time seeing it the other way. I started with the shadow, the shadow of the foot turning was easier to make change directions. After you make the shadow change directions you can move your eyes up the figure but do not focus on the figure itself try to see it within the frame if you know what I mean. Once you can get a complete focus in the picture as a unit not just the woman turning, you can make it go either way and change directions.
