You will want to advertise it on www.anibis.ch. This is a free site.
Look at other ads to see what type of information people include then do the same for your car.
Photos are important. Inside and outside photos. Some people blank out the number plates (your choice).
The other major site for selling cars in this part of Switzerland is www.autoscout24.ch
Another suggestion is http://www.annonz.ch/vaud-VD
