You should be able to find it at Migros, but you can also have a look at Jumbo (in Meyrin or near Coppet).
If you prefer a place in the center of Geneva, there's a small DIY store on Rue des Photographes (Eaux-Vives); it's a more expensive but for some sandpaper that shouldn't matter.

Baud might have it also: http://www.edmond-baud.ch/
They have a few locations in town including in Servette. You can always try calling them first to be sure.

Personally I do all my DIY shopping in France, Bricorama, Bricodepot, Bricomarché, Boite-à-outils, LeroyMerlin, etc. If you want to go further afield, there's Hornbach at Etoy (VD)
