Due to the relocation of my office to Canton Vaud, I am moving to Nyon and therefore my Geneva based apartment has become available. I am holding apartment viewings this weekend on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September from 12:00 to 15:00 on both days. The apartment was completely refurbished prior to me moving in 18 months ago and is still in an excellent and clean condition. The apartment consists of the following features:
1 X Bedroom, a living Room, fitted kitchen (Fridge/freezer, Oven), Balcony (4th floor), Toilet and bathroom. Storage space is also an addition both in the apartment and in the basement. The apartment has also had the required installation to accommodate a washing machine.
Conveniently located 5 minutes (walking) from Geneva train station and 5 minutes (walking) from Bains du Paquis/Lake Geneva.
Monthly Rent = 1805CHF (including 205CHF Utilities).
Due to the cost of rent and the rules of the Regies, only candidates with a salary or joint salary consisting of over 86,000CHF per year should apply, as the cost of rent must not exceed 25% of your salary.
Upon arrival and following your viewing of the apartment, candidates who wish to apply will be asked to complete the ‘Demande De Location’ document in order for me to submit it to the Regies for consideration. The successful candidate will need to take over the lease from 1st November, which is when the apartment will become available. However there is the possibility to delay the availability date by one month to the 1st Decemebr, and this can be agreed on a flexible basis but is dependent on a mutual agreement between the successful candidate and myself.
