11 August

Hi,

I was told that this 11 of august in Geneva, there will be a big firework in the evening. I found out that there are reserved seats that we need to purchase if we want to see the firework. If we don't purchase the ticket, can you recommend a nice spot to stand near the firework site so that I can have a good view of the firework? From what time should I start to take my place?

Also, during the day of 11 August itself, will there be other important events other than the fireworks? Do you recommend it? Thanks!

The fireworks is one of the best the world and it's a must see event during the month of Aug. in Geneva.

If you are watching it by the lake side be sure to make your position 1 or 2 hours before it start or if you want to spend a few bucks for a good view, reserve a seat in any of the nearby restos (if they are still available) or reserve a seat from the gallery.
