Hello, we are leaving up our apartment on September 15th and are looking for someone interested in taking over the lease.

It’s a ground-floor, through-apartment (light on both sides) with 4 rooms (82 m²) with gardens, located on a quiet street in Champel, Geneva, 50 meters from the train station Champel Gare. The flat has a large bedroom, a smaller second bedroom, a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a large very bright living room with beautiful ceiling height. It has 2 gardens: a first one on the bedroom side of about 50 m², and a second, smaller one extending off the living room. The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space adjoining the garden, located in a private lane. See attached photos.

Rent + charges: CHF 3,673 (CHF 3,423 for the apartment + CHF 250 for the parking space)

We are only looking for people who want to take over both leases (parking + apartment).
