2e pilier

Hello,

Does anyone know who which department I have to contact if I want to take my 2e pilier? I have a project and I want to use my 2e pilier for it.

Also does anyone know if they agree, how long it takes till you get the money?

Thanks

Talk to the HR department of your employer, perhaps?

2nd pillar is a vested benefits fund. Get information about the institution managing the 2nd pillar for your company's employees. Then contact this institution e.g. Winterthur, Swisslife, .... or whatever directly.

In Switzerland, you can withdraw from 2nd pillar on 2 conditions:

1) You are buying property in Switzerland

2) You are leaving Switzerland

Process is fairly easy and straightforward, is governed by Swiss Law, your employer or HR has no say or role to play in this.

All the best.

It sounds like OP doesn't know who the pension custodian is.  I'd start with HR since they know who actually has the money.  =)
